⦁ Received a free offer to enrol in a course at an independent school.
⦁ Submit a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) from your sponsor
⦁ Meet the maintenance requirement.
⦁ 4. Meet the necessary English language standard.
⦁ 5. Ask your parents for any necessary permission.

Additional qualifying requirements include a tuberculosis test (if necessary) and proof of appropriate housing, reception, and care in the UK must also be proven.
The length of your course and your age will determine how long you can stay. If you want to continue your studies in the UK, you might be able to extend your visa.

Student Visa

From October 5, 2020, the student visa will take the place of the Tier 4 (General) student visa. Any international student may apply for this visa, including EEA and non-EEA citizens. In order to be granted this visa, you must:

⦁ Age of 16 or older
⦁ Have received an offer from a certified student sponsor to enroll in a course
⦁ Give your sponsor a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) and fulfill the maintenance requirements
⦁ Satisfy the linguistic requirement for English
If you are 16 or 17, ask your parents for the necessary permission.
Other eligibility conditions can also apply, such as submitting a tuberculosis test certificate (if necessary).

The length of your course will determine the amount of time you are allowed to stay, depending on your programme, you might be qualified to extend your stay in the UK so you can continue your studies.

As long as you are not in the UK on one of the following visas, you may switch to this student visa.

⦁ A temporary student visa
⦁ Student visa for a parent of a child
⦁ Seasonally employed visa
⦁ Visa for a domestic worker in a private home
⦁ Permission granted in violation of immigration laws
If your partner and children are dependent family members and they meet all qualifying standards, you may bring them.

Short-Term Student Visa

English Language Immersion Made Easy with Short-Term Student Visa.

Obtain a short-term student visa and go to the UK to enroll in an English language program.

The old Short-term Study visa has been replaced with the Short-term Student visa.
This is an unsponsored option available to applicants 16 years of age and older who wish to travel to the UK to enrol in a fewer than 11-month English language course.

The visiting visa is available to applicants who desire to go to the UK for a period of less than six months in order to enrol in an English language program at an accredited institution.
The English language course you want to take must be with a course provider at a recognized school in order for you to qualify for a short-term student visa.

You must adhere to the requirements for adequate upkeep and lodging, have enough money to cover the cost of traveling home. In some cases, you may also need to provide proof of a tuberculosis test.
If you are 16 or 17, you will additionally need to provide documentation of your parents’ approval.
The visa is only valid for the course for which you have been given authorization, and it is only valid for an 11-month period during that time.

Graduate Visa

Remain in the UK to pursue and look for employment. The Home Office announced a new pathway on July 1, 2021, for foreign students who wish to stay in the UK after completing their studies. The Graduate Route gives students the chance to continue their studies and look for employment while they are still in the UK.
International students may apply for the Graduate Route if they have successfully completed an undergraduate degree or higher and possess a current student visa.

Students applying through this method who are undergraduates or postgraduates will be permitted to stay in the UK for up to two years, while Ph.D. candidates would be permitted to stay for up to three years. Once a candidate has located an appropriate position, s/he could Assuming the applicant satisfies the necessary criteria, they may switch to a skilled worker visa.

If applicants have already satisfied the maintenance and English language criteria through the student visa process, they won’t need to do so again.

⦁ Candidates should possess:
If the course is longer than 12 months, they must have completed their last 12 months of study in the UK. If the course is less than 12 months, they must have completed their whole course of study in the UK.
